The Connecticut Community Drum Circle on May 9th was a wonderful success. Many gathered to support our veterans and personally experience the work of Raven Drum. Community Drum Circle - San Antonio, TX
Raven Drum Foundation held a Community Drum Circle in San Antonio Texas on February 26th, 2009. While in Texas, Rick and Lauren also visited the Center For Intrepid and Brooke Army Medical Center. Center for Intrepid is the leading facility for military amputees in the country. Rick and Lauren were able to spend hours visiting with the brave patients in these two facilities.
Program at North Hills Veterans Association
Raven Drum Foundation's co-founder Lauren Monroe has been conducting a program at the North Hills VA for Military Spouses. This program teaches self-care techniques to help spouses cope with the physical and emotional injuries of their loved ones.
Event at Big Heart Ranch
A Raven Drum Circle was conducted in March at Big Heart Ranch to introduce therapy students to drumming and its use as a technique for healing.
